| ARAMA (NSW) is inviting key industry
partners with whom its members have had a successful working relationship to
work more closely with our industry and become a ARAMA sponsor. |

| A Gold Sponsor of ARAMA (NSW) Inc. for
the year to 30 June 2008 will receive the following benefits to them in
consideration of an annual amount of $5,000 plus GST. |
| |
- Acknowledgement on
the ARAMA website
www.arama.com.au/nsw
home page of the Gold Sponsor with the sponsor’s logo which has a link to
the home page or a selected page of the sponsor's website. No banner
advertising will be added to the website. The "home page" logo would be
similar to those of the sponsors already in place which each provide a
link to the sponsor's home page.

- An opportunity to
contribute to the website library, articles in the “members only” section
of the website on the advice for resident managers, with acknowledgement
to the sponsor for such articles.

- Advice to each new ARAMA
member in their “new membership pack” of the Gold Sponsors as suppliers of
services to the management rights industry.
|
- Support in the promotion
of new released sponsor’s services available to ARAMA members as resident
managers through an announcement at branch meetings and through emails to
ARAMA members.
|
- One A4 flyer on two
occasions each year emailed to all members, outlining the features of the
Sponsor’s products and services.
|
- An opportunity to make a
presentation to a meeting of each branch during the sponsorship year.
|
- Include a link to the
sponsor’s website on the “Helpful Links” section of the ARAMA website.
|
- Other items that may be
raised by the sponsor for the consideration of the ARAMA committee.

| A Silver Sponsor of ARAMA (NSW) Inc. for
the year to 30 June 2008 will receive the following benefits in
consideration of an annual amount of $2,500 plus GST. |

- Acknowledgement on
the ARAMA website

home page of the Silver Sponsor with the sponsor’s logo which has a link
to the home page or a selected page of the sponsor's website.

- An opportunity to
contribute to the website library an editorial article in the “members
only” section of the website, with acknowledgement to Silver Sponsor for
such article.

- Advice to each new ARAMA
member in their “new membership pack” of each Silver Sponsor as a supplier
of services to the management rights industry.

- Support in the promotion
of new released sponsor’s services or products available to ARAMA members
as resident managers through an announcement at branch meetings and
through emails to ARAMA members.

| ARAMA (NSW) Inc is unable to provide any
formal exclusivity agreements. Our members are all independent operators
and retain a choice of product and supplier. |
